Caribbean beach scene

Message from Founder

A personal "thank you" for visiting our website.

Despite the global downturn, the Caribbean continues to hold appeal for overseas residents. This is not surprising as more and more people seek long-term improved and stress-free lifestyles, or much deserved and relaxing holidays.

Although the recent increase in Air Passenger Duty has impacted on the cost of flights to the Caribbean, we expect that more holidaymakers will opt for self-catering accommodation where you pay for a unit and not the actual number of persons occupying the unit.

Many of our real estate clients are delighted to have found a company to deal with their Caribbean property matters from the UK, stating that we will understand those matters of greatest concern to them. And they are quite right.

It is great that despite the current global financial situation, many of you are still keen on the Caribbean as a destination in which to own property or visit for a holiday. This means that Tropical Connections will be here for some time to come, working hard to ensure that UK residents receive the best of both worlds - first class professional services from the UK, and dream homes or holidays in the Caribbean.
