Grand Harbour is designed so as to afford every unit magnificent views of the bay and the mountains of Grand Etang, the main mountain range of Grenada.

Each of the two and three bedroom units offer fully air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms; open plan living/dining area; fully fitted kitchens with brand name appliances; powder room; laundry area and generous porch and open decks.

Amenities at Grand Harbour include a luxury day spa and salon; regular water shuttle to nearby secluded beach; fitness centre; resort check-in lobby; concierge services; gourmet restaurant and bar; fully serviced private slips; mega yacht berth; water sports club; boardwalk running the entire full length of the development; large lagoon style swimming pool with sun decks; minimart shop; high-speed Wi-Fi internet access availability throughout the resort and full resort management by an experienced manager. An optional rental pool is available with obligatory furniture package. Owners will be entitled to spend 28 nights, 56 nights or 84 nights of owners’ time annually.

3-day inspection trips can be arranged. No annual overheads for the first two years of ownership. A reservation fee of US $5,000.00 is payable. Non-nationals require an Alien Landholding License in order to purchase property in Grenada.
